Who Are We?

​... a design consulting firm specializing in high-tech, customer-facing spaces such as Executive Briefing Centers, Innovation Centers, Customer Experience Centers, Command and Control Centers and Network Operations Centers.  We advise on the design of the physical spaces, the customer experience and the virtual experience.  

As our clients have, by necessity, become virtual hosts, we help them to create engaging, dynamic, interactive virtual meetings that take advantage of the physical space and other existing assets.

Special Expertise

​​Our goal is to help our clients create a compelling, memorable customer experience in both the physical and virtual worlds.  We accomplish this through the design of the environment and  technology.

On every project, our objectives are to achieve:

1.  Excellent functionality based on needs - this is a given, and we do it well.

2.  Congruence with the client's brand, message and
culture - the environment can and should reflect these abstract concepts in 3D.

3.  An experience that makes people feel welcome and comfortable.  This "feel good" part is more challenging. People are different, with different opinions about all things relating to design.  And, environments should create responses appropriate to their function.  So how do we do it?

We believe in biophilic design - connecting humans with nature, especially in interior and virtual spaces.  We believe in the power of aesthetics to evoke emotion.  We believe that people respond to their environment through all five senses.  We use elements of nature, plus color, light, sound, smell and touch to create compelling, evocative experiences.  When done thoughtfully and artfully, the results are beautiful, powerful and amazing.

​What makes us different?  

We are design consultants.  Although we have 20+ years of experience designing award-winning briefing centers and similar spaces, as design consultants we don't design the space.  Rather, we act as your advocate to guide the design. 

There are thousands of corporate briefing centers worldwide and only a handful of designers who understand how they function and how to design them.  

As a result, many centers are designed by firms with little to no experience with this type of space.  They don't know what they don't know.  That's where we come in.  We work with your architects and other team members to share our knowledge and guide the design.  
 
Based on decades of experience, we understand briefing centers and other customer-facing spaces. We know how they should work to support the program. And, the customer experience cannot be overemphasized!

Technology is an important part of any center.  We've developed expertise in integrating technology into the design so that it never looks or acts as an afterthought.  Rather, it's integrated into the experience.
